When was your first run with YRC? How did you hear about it?

My first run with YRC was in May 2022 at Two Frays. I learned about YRC on social media. Everyone looked like they were having so much fun, and it was clear that runners of any ability were welcomed.

What does being a "local, lovable misfit runner" mean to you? 

It means you love to run and you love your city and you love to run in your city. And best of all? You love to run in your city with a bunch of other people who love it, too.

What’s your favorite non-YRC running event/route?

The Pittsburgh Half Marathon was my first Half, and it will always be special to me.

What are your non-running hobbies?

I love watching baseball, especially the Baltimore Orioles. My son gives me endless amounts of joy. And when we have some precious moments to ourselves, my wife and I love going out to dinner, watching a movie, or taking a hike.
