When was your first run with YRC? How did you hear about it?

RUN CREW 078 at East End Brewing Company! I learned about YRC through an East End Brewing post on IG and ventured out that fateful Wednesday night. I had just begun running and was looking for a supportive community. Mission accomplished.

For me, being a "local, lovable misfit runner" means your current form is good enough. Whether you qualified for Boston or you're thinking about getting into running for the first time, you belong.

What’s your favorite non-YRC running event/route?

The Philadelphia Marathon! Philly 2023 was my first full marathon and will always be a special race to me.

What keeps you coming back to YRC/running in general?

The people! YRC is nothing without it's members. Where Wednesday evenings are probably mundane for most people, they are what I look forward to most each week.
